We rent our Condo by the week or month.  

The rate for out of season rentals are $380 per week and $1,100 per month.

The rate for seasonal rentals (shown in blue) are $550 per week and $1,600 per month.  

All rentals are subject to a 7% State of Florida sales/use tax.

All weekly rentals are from Saturday at 3PM until Saturday at 10AM.  

If the next week is available and you want to stay a few extra days, a daily rate will apply.
