The property is a 2 story building (our unit is on the ground floor) with a large pool (see below).  The Condominium is nicely landscaped, has ample parking, and is conveniently located on the at the south end of Indian Shores Beach in a quiet residential area.   

Amenities:

• Olympic size swimming pool and sunning deck.
• Charcoal barbeque grills and outdoor picnic tables out back and in the front.
• Private onsite boat docks (click here to see the docks) and nearby (less than 1/2 mile) public boat ramp.
• Reserved parking for each unit - and ample guest parking.
• Shuffleboard on property, public tennis court and park 2 blocks away.
• Fishing from the seawall or on the beach.
• On-site coin operated laundry room.
• Across the street from white sandy beach.
• Close to several restaurants - some within walking distance.
• Suncoast SeaBird Sanctuary across the street.
• A local beach trolley service runs up and down Gulf Blvd - from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille.
• Conveniently located near Tampa, Clearwater and St. Pete shopping malls and attractions.

The swimming pool is the largest in the area.  You will probably never have too many people in this pool.  

It was re-finished and a new deck built in 2007.  There are several tables and chairs for your enjoyment.
